Working It!

I have been keeping to my word (to myself really) and have been getting all my workouts in. Even though I don't have a set workout time cause my day changes, well, daily, I do know that if I work out in the morning I will be happier that day. I will watch what I eat and how much I drink cause my body is SCREAMING it at me. I love the program I am currently doing, Les Mills Combat. Google it cause it is amazing!

Heres to some awesome days/weeks to get it done and finish it out!

Doing it!

I am doing my workouts! I actually love waking up sore. It shows something is working! Seeing how many calories I have burned in the amount of time I was working on it, brings a smile to my face!  The eating is harder for me since I am so picky. I have 3 kids and they have all been home for Christmas break. Just remembering to feed them within the right time of day is a challenge sometimes with all the activities and parties and things we all do. But I do watch what I eat and keep track of the calories on the "MyFitnessPal" app I have.

Another "trick" I have discovered is to input what workout I am doing in my calendar. I live by that thing and when I see what is scheduled and how I would hate to move all the dates to make up for the one I am skipping, and I see all the days I would be giving up on myself, I make sure to get it done. I list it as ALL DAY too, no specific time since I know life happens and I know I will get it done that day. I like to have a specific time to do it but I am NOT a morning person. Yes, I know, many weren't either and they got in the habit. I did that. I burned out. I will get there again. But this works for me. Come Monday, all the kids are going back to school and I am so excited!
